Lucid, lucidity, lucidness
Lucid has a grand total of three lines of definition in the
dictionary, yet its meaning refers to mentally sound, and
translucent or transparent, which would obviously deserve a
whole page just to discern.
What has happened to this word and its meaning? How can we be
mentally invisible? Lucid's meaning also refers to being clear,
which is associated with a religion called Scientology, which
may be an attempt to understand its true meaning and power
as an emotional noesis.
In searching further into the meaning of lucid, words such as
crystal and light are often found, and related in a way of which
light is an analogy of clarity. Fire Flies are insects that come
out in the summer time in the mid west of central North America, and
their expression is considered lucid because they flash lights,
or shine in the night to communicate. There mysticism still
lives in my mind as a child.
To shine is also mystically connected with communication, as in
with what is thought of as spirits. Lucid is also associated
with dreams and there is a dream that is referred to as a lucid
dream in which the participant realizes they are dreaming before
waking up. The definition of lucid dreaming also states that it
is the exact opposite of itself by others who define it, quite odd.
So as it stands, lucid's meaning is lost until found in the
midst of the mind, and could very well be a window to
understanding time itself. Becoming lucid and mentally sound may
be a higher state of thought, where what we see out two eyes is
finally verified as a bona-fide illusion, and our world will
become clear.
Imagine a dream state while awake and seeing a tree clear
through as though it was transparent, and
remembering the grass on the other side in view. Our
reflection
in light to be clear may be a way to think like a hammer, and
break the glass in the mirror, to see the true world
as never seen before.
In our attempts to reflect on life, being lucid has turned into
a crutch for those who would attack the sanity of others, and
use this sacred word as a sword of falsehood upon others. It may be said that becoming lucid is a form of
volition
awareness inside that enlightens the
soul in divine understanding.
A worthy task of any mortal soul.
